DYNAMIC DATING is the title of a new video
guide which shows how to use the marks on ceramics, bric
a brac and collectables for dating them. It is a must for
collectors and antiques enthusiasts. The 45-minute professionally-produced programme is written and presented by Cherry Nixon, a collector for over 20 years who has lectured at Bristol University and given her couse "Learn about Antiques and Collectables" at numerous local colleges and various private venues in England's West Country. The video is targeted at "lovers of antiques fairs, car boot fairs and flea markets" but apparently many of Cherry's students are Dealers - and there is information here for both the novice and the more experienced enthusiast - which is perhaps why the video has been given the approval of none other than ceramics guru Geoffrey Godden.
